At SAC DAP Institute, we are committed to delivering high-quality training programs. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in any course.
1. Admission Confirmation
Enrollment in any course is confirmed only after successful payment of fees.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Duplicate payment made due to technical error.
- Course cancelled by SAC DAP Institute.
- Written cancellation request submitted within 3 days of enrollment, provided no classes (live/recorded) or study materials have been accessed.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- After attending any live session.
- After receiving course materials.
- For discounted, scholarship, or promotional enrollments.
- Due to change of mind or personal reasons.
- Failure to attend classes.
4. Processing of Refund
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
