• Admission is confirmed only after fee payment.
• SAC DAP reserves the right to modify course curriculum, duration, or faculty as needed.

2. Fees & Payments

• Fees must be paid as per agreed schedule.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
• All payments are subject to our Refund Policy.

3. Intellectual Property

All content including videos, notes, assignments, branding, and materials are the intellectual property of SAC DAP.

• Recording live sessions is prohibited.
• Sharing login credentials is prohibited.
• Distributing course materials is prohibited.
• Reproducing content for commercial use is prohibited.

4. Code of Conduct

Students must maintain discipline and respectful behavior. Misconduct may result in suspension or termination without refund.

5. Placement Assistance

SAC DAP provides placement assistance only. We do not guarantee job placement or salary packages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
